Rana Daggubati became a brand name for dedication. Although seen as another star kid at the time of his debut, he is slowly gaining a huge following through his hard work and dedication. He is changing his physical appearance, voice modulation, and body language from film to film to fit into the characters. Currently, he is shooting for the period drama, Virata Parvam 1992. Rana will be seen as a cop in this film directed by Venu Udugula. As per the reports, Rana will undergo intense training under the supervision of a retired cop for his role.
The training will commence in the first week of January and Rana will learn hand-to-hand combat skills and rifle shooting to bring an authentic look to his character. Sai Pallavi is playing the female lead in the film as a folk singer turned Naxalite. The film will showcase the fight between police and Naxalites during the early 90s. The makers are taking immense care in presenting the setting, costumes, political situation, and props as close to reality as possible. Suresh Babu and Sudhakar Cherukuri are jointly producing the film.
