Super Deluxe is a crime thriller with an ensemble cast of Vijay Sethupathi, Samantha Akkineni, and Fahadh Faasil. Vijay Sethupathi plays the role of a transgender in the film. The audience appreciated his first look wearing a saree from Super Deluxe. The National award-winning filmmaker Thiagarajan Kumararaja is directing the film. He is popular for the 2011 neo-noir gangster drama film ‘Aaranya Kaandam’ which attained a cult status over the years and brought him national recognition. Although he worked as a writer for other films, he didn’t direct another film since then which adds up to the hype surrounding the film.
